Indeed, the believers are those when they are remembered about Lord Allah, feel tremor to their hearts, and when His verses are explained upon them, they will increase their belief and they entrust upon their Lord.
It is told in verses 22: 34-35, you inform glad tidings to those who submit them whole to Lord by the mind, words, and deeds. They are those when they are remembered with Lord, feel tremor to their hearts and they will show patience against their afflictions; they perform prayer and they are always spending with what We have bestowed them. It is told in verses 39: 18-19: “And you inform glad tidings to my servants, those who are listening to verses of Lord carefully and follow it in the best manner; those are those who are guided by Lord, and those are the ones who are endowed with intelligence”. Verse 39: 22 ends as: “Woe to the ones whose hearts are hardened against Adhikr—the Reminder—those are in the manifest astray”. Verse 39: 23 says: “Lord Allah sent down the Best Speech—a Book containing repeated allegorical verses, tremble the skins of those who fear Lord, then soften their skin and hearts into the Remembrance of Lord; i.e. the Guidance of Allah, He guides with It one whom He pleases, and the one whom Allah allows to stray, then he has none to guide”.
The Splendid Book Adhikr mentioned in verse 41: 41 is the Permission of Allah, without which nobody can become a believer as explained in verses 10: 99-100. By conveying Adhikr—the Balance and Trust to keep the universe in its equilibrium—the believer is helping Lord so that Lord will help him back as explained in verses 2: 155-157. As told in verse 35: 32, Adhikr which contains all 312 previous Books and Its upright Explanations is inherited by the people of the last Messenger. But the hypocrites are knowingly hiding even the 40 names of Book Adhikr and their followers are rejecting It. Thus, they are doing unjust to their souls. These disbelievers are preferring worldly and bodily life and are learning, teaching and propagating books written by the 29 pseudo-prophets as explained in verse 2: 79. Each among them, at the time of death, will witness against their soul that indeed, they were disbelievers as explained in verse 7: 37. Among them the hypocrites will enter the bottom of the Hell even without Trial; while their followers will enter the Hell after Trail as explained in verses 4: 40, 140 and 145. See explanation2: 222; 3: 7-10 and 7: 170.
